Mass Email Sender?

Hi
Everybody says, that send emails to people.

But how you guys send those emails to people?
Manually using gmail or some program?

I have lots of emails, what i collected in the web.
I have asked the same question before other forums.
Nobody just don't answer or they just don't know.

Or can i use those emails to some another way?
