Mass email marketing - how?

I have list of local emails about 50 000.
How to send them emails?

I tried Mailchimp. It rejected my email company, because i didnt get permission of recipients.

I tried to send with script from my VPS. Hoster was blocked me after 10k emails.

I triend another VPS - after 15k emails all of my emails was in SPAM box at Gmail.com

Can anyone tell me how to permanently send mass emails? Advice me, please

you should verify your list before actually sending mass email without consent there are several services you can use for that (you can get them to "clean" the first bunch for free as well ) , just look for "email list verification tool " on G that won't be enough to make it work as email filters are getting better and users are complaining more and more about spamming but a necessary first step
 
just make a free account on mail chimp and say you got permission. If mail chimp block you for high spam rate just make another account?

If you try this in the EU you would get in huuuuuuge trouble.

LOL they will keep trying even if someone gets their ass fried when (not a matter of if.. but when lol) they get caught..

Do you personally think they will give a fuck? It seems especially in Germany the people are kinda scared (?) of the law enforcement (just saw your location says Germany). I mean come on, its not there are special task force sitting, watching and waiting you for making a mistake. Honestly, there is so much shit going on in the internet, so many grey areas, manipulation, bots, spam everywhere you look. Nobody cares about 50k e-mails or "small fishes".

Last year "someone I know" collected randomly a few hundred German business emails to try email marketing, 3 of them wanted to sue his company right away and go to court. He managed to get out of that situation by saying that the email was just sent accidentally by mistake.

After that "he" never tried email marketing again...
 
You can try Unisender if you are looking for more or less cheap alternative. If you have a budget for this try to search for more robust marketing automation tool. And also very logical question where did you get this database from? Seems like very big part of these email address is incorrect that is why you have ended up in junk.
