Does anyone know any good and easily managable software or website for that?

Activecampign and Mail Chimp feels way too clumsy.

Planning to send over 10k emails a day and around 500 sms

Interspire is not an active product, all are nulled version out in the market, I have been through that. You need to look for other multiSMTP enable with multi MTA compatible ESP that works flawlessly with PMTA.
