You wont find any mass tools in public those that are available leave a lot of fingerprints usually.

Mass DM bot? that is hard to find in public space. Besides, Twitter has tightened up a lot of loose end in DM and some bot no longer work. Still, you can find help if you dig deeper

i have already used a tool and my account with 234.950 followers has been closed be careful when using programs
