Mass DM service for Twitter

I'm looking for someone to be able to do a mass DM service for Twitter.
Need to be able to scrape followers from main accounts and send messages to them.

I am able to write a script for that if you have:

# Twitter burner accounts or I can make a script for that
# CSV / Google sheet of followers
# Message/messages to send.
# A few cheap proxies, I can't use mine.

Deadline: [ 4 days ]

No upfront payment, payment on provided samples, and video of the script working.
