There's a limit of around 20 DMs a day to random accounts
What can happen to an account that spam DM in Instagram ? I'd use DM in a legit way where my register users have accepted to receive DM in Instagram....but the problem Instagram don't know this, so if it's risky i'll use a classic email newsletter
