Mass Direct Message (PM) On Twitter

Is there a tool or a way to send mass direct messages on Twitter from the same account?

a programmer wrote a longer post in the last days about his app who is able to send dmS to everybody.

I wrote this post and i did an error.

It s not DM but reply.
DM it s Like PM, so yes, you have to follow. the tweets go in user twitter box.
Reply it s mentions, tweets Like @username tweet content.
Anyway, when you create an account everything is set to let twitter to send you an email for everything is happening to your account ( DM, mentions, followers...). So the users are currently receiving an email in both case, mentions (reply) and DM.

Well, to send DM you need first followers. And NeXT you can buy a software or learn how to use twitter api.
If you don t have followers and you really want focus on DM the best is to buy a software.
Plus someone provide here on BHW free twitter tool "minitwittertools", but i don t remember if it does DM.
