Mass creating facebook accounts, Use proxy or vpn?

I'm starting a project where I will need a huge no. of Facebook accounts with friends. I have the programs I need (email creator, facebook account creator, facebook friend adder). Now when I create the accounts should I create them in a vpn or a proxy?

I'm asking this because if I create them with a vpn and then login to them when i'm ready to mass add, will facebook do the road block thing?

Am I better of creating them with proxies and then using the same proxies when logging into them in the future and adding friends. (I'd need proxies that are reliable and stay alive - where do I fine these?).

OR

Am I better creating the accounts on a vpn and adding friends on a vpn.

I know this is an OLD thread, but I'm surprised that nobody ever replied. Did you ever get an answer to this? I'm trying to create accounts now myself.

I think VPN is cheaper for this.

Proxies if you want to do it for free or vpn if u have money
Proxies are more easily detected compared to vpn.
