I have used Money Robot (not affiliated in any way) and it works great, you can create hundreds of Web 2.0 properties and structure them different tiers to power them up while it creates the content automatically.
Why is it important to use proxies when doing this?

It depends. If you only do it once, you do not need proxies.
But if you set up a new account on the same site everyday, pretty soon they are going to ban you.

Bcuz u will probably use many different accounts to post and this will be a huge footprint that u are botting.

I used MR recently and what I can say, it's a total scam.
Most of the features don't work at all, and it posts only to their web 2.0's.
Which proves it as a scam while they put another known web 2.0
I don't think it should be used for any tier,
however, if you have a useful use of it (didn't test with parasites...), maybe you can share it
