Mass comment on one photo

Hey,

is there any software that i can run to comment on a specific Photo every 5-10 min with one Account? Dont warn me about spamming I know it but would like to try it.

Or any Web based IG that could do it with imacros?

All those tools can comment only a list of pictures but i want a Tool or imacro that run and comment the Same picture all the Time .. any idea? Imacro cant do it on the normal Instagram Web Site. Are there native Web Clients for Instagram?
 
MassPlanner gives you the opportunity to choose certain posts as the comment tool source. Therefore you will be able to comment on a specific post as much as you want.
