Mass cold emails

Don't use Gmail, you'll get blocked fast. Best move is to buy a few aged domains, warm them up slowly, and set up proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Use tools like Instantly or Lemwarm to warm up and manage sending. Rotate multiple domains and email accounts to avoid blacklists. Start small, scale smart.

You should buy domains and use SMTP account to warmup the domains and IPS
Once they are warmed up, it will be your asset for future sending

Better not to use SMTP, it's always better to use Google workspaces since inbox rate will be higher. Also, you can get discounted prices from resellers so you won't pay $7 per workspace

gmail.com is a domain that will never hit a spam rating. that will be the golden domain that no matter how much spam, it will never burn.
the question is like sombody said, scale horizontally to hit the volume numbers you want.

Im doing browser automation like a bot to send emails from gmail web interface and look like human. its doing well. but im bottlenecked at 120 emails a day if i dont wanna get banned or caught.
if you bot too hard, they will shut down the gmail.
so scale out pcs horizontally or VA or whatever.
gmail also avoids the spam folder as long as you dont use spam words.
send emails to yourself with your ad copy and change the words untill it lands in the inbox.

Hi, happy to help

We send over 100k cold emails per day.

What we do is we buy multiple domains, and setup 4 inboxes per each domain.

Each cold email accounts sends 25 cold emails per day per inbox (after a 2 week warm-up)

We use Instantly.ai to send the cold emails.

we manage over 5,000 google workspace inboxes ourselves (and we set up thousands more for our clients)

We have this at a reseller price at 2-3 USD/mo intstead of the full $7.2/mo per inbox.

Attached is one of our Instantly workspaces.
is this for b2c or b2b only?

You can achieve sending 100k using Gmail accounts and proxies.

You'll need an automation that rotates accounts and proxies, send with delays and spintax.
Hi, what sender are you using? Also, regarding proxies, I’ve seen in many forums that regular Gmail and Hotmail accounts have disabled the ability to connect through proxies and rotate SMTPs/proxies. Or maybe that was just misleading information from inexperienced users?

Been scaling cold emails too. Gmail gets flagged fast. I’d recommend buying a few aged domains and setting up inbox rotation with warm,up tools. Happy to share more if needed.
i want to send 10K cold emails in a day i have seen people here send 100K cold emails a day how should i go about it ? use gmail acc's or buy domains

Sure, what worked for me was grabbing 3-5 aged domains (same niche or neutral naming), then setting up 1 - 2 inboxes per domain. Warmed them up for 2-3 weeks using Instantly + natural sending patterns (no links at first, replies on threads, etc.).

Once warmed, I started ramping to 500–1k emails/day per inbox. Took some testing, but deliverability stayed solid.

Let me know if you want a simple warmup flow checklist - I can drop it here

Sending 10k emails a day isn’t just “cold outreach” — that’s a full-scale campaign with real risks. Gmail is definitely not an option, you’ll get flagged in an hour. Best approach: buy multiple domains, warm each one up (use warm-up tools), set up SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and rotate IPs. Also, make sure your email content is super relevant — otherwise you’ll just land in spam

get domain server to send bulk emails on your recipient list, using gmail accounts consume time and make wrong delivery on some other email domain.

For 10 000 cold emails/day you’ll need more than Gmail’s 500/day limits—so you’re better off spinning up a pool of fresh, branded domains (e.g. domain1.com, domain2.com, etc.), setting up proper SPF/DKIM/DMARC on each, and warming them gradually (start at 50–100 sends/day and ramp up over 2–3 weeks). Couple that with a dedicated SMTP provider (SendGrid, Mailgun, etc.) or a cold-email tool (Mailshake, Lemlist) that handles rotation and throttling for you.

I've used Smartlead, Instantly, and private sequencers. How is this going to be different for me? I didn't see anything about a unibox.

The beautiful thing about Google workspace inboxes is that if you play it right - they will NOT get banned. We never had any account banned for over 5 years.

The risk is the ‘spam score’ and being marked as spam, there warm up tools that help with spam score and making sure your data is valid and not bouncing (invalid emails) to keep your health score high.

If you do it right, depending on the offer and who you send the emails to, you should land 40-90% of the times in the main inbox - not spam.

The infrastructures that will get you banned eventually are cheap SMTP that most spammers use.

With Google workspace inboxes you want to scale horizontally which means - in order to send a lot of volume, you need to create many inboxes and send up to 25 cold emails per day per inbox (once it’s fully warmed up)
