Hi does anybody know what program I can use to make a mass border pic?

Like say with one picture make 100 different types of borders to make the picture unique

I think he wants to give unique frame to same photo (probably changing colors of frame/border)

He basically wants a softesof that puts a frame on a picture so it becomes unique. Example: we have a picture of a dog, we put a frame around it in Photoshop or any similar tools so we get a unique image (same image with a frame around it so it bypasses dedection bots of some sort).

Frame meaning something like this

That's what I got from this at least lol

I prefer to use PHP (GD image library)

or you can test http://www.faststone.org/ for Windows
