A tool that install Wordpress blog + your favorite plugins to 100+ sites?

Is there a tool that does this or something similar?

WPmanagerDX will do it, I believe. Take a look at that and see. I just downloaded it the other day from here and got it working. It also helps customize your blog, remove the "hello world" posts, etc. I think it runs around 100.00 on the actual site.

WPMU does this.

You upload the plugins once to the plugins folder and then use plugin commander (a wpmu plugin in itself) to auto activate them as the blog is created

Sorry, dumb question, but would that mean that instead of installing the regular WP on a client site, you'd have to install WPMU? Or is there a plugin commander equivalent for the regular WP?

My only issue with WPMU is if you're a plugin addict like me, MU can't run many of the plugins that work with regular WP. Otherwise, it works fine.

You're right. you would not install regular WP. You install WPMU and it then allows you run multiple instances of WP on your domain/subdomain. (think wordpress.com - the free wordpress blogger site)

there is one that can install to 25 domains and automatically set the feeds you put and other plugins if thats the sort of thing you were wanting?
