is there a way to tell if your youtube account is banned or flagged?

my youtube channels says
"this account has been suspended due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, gaming, misleading content, or other Terms of Service violations.
"​

i have a feeling that means it was flagged is it possible to get this message if it wasnt

the other message i get sometimes is something like "this video cant be played because the account associated with it is terminated" i think that means youtube has taken it down


am i right or wrong on this one?

I got the same message and was thinking that they flagged my videos.
Does anyone know how to avoid those flaggers? What does it mean actually? When the video is flagged is it 100% sure that it'll get removed?
If it is then i guess there's nothing to do to counter that, right?
