as tested ,you can check the accounts email address ,if it registered from gmail,
It worked as normal,now if you want less troubles in doing ig business,
1,first thing is your account email verification,choose gmail instead,
2,that is very hard to hide cpa on ig ,so try to do dropshipping or other business,
Helping to people manage their ig accounts also work,
3,try to buy no so many complaints proxy from decent providers ,
there is too many proxy provider u will need to go to check their sale thread in the market place,
4,try to slow down for Warm up process , the end up higher following 300 to 400 a day
even normal business accounts,if you follow over following a day usage ,it will be result follow blocked,
If within a week ,if one account per ip, hv normal warm up process,put in website link ,and if you don't hv received any phone verification,
meaning that now what you are doing is correct ,
5,last thing if u worry for bad ip ,when u looking for a proxy provider they should guarantee refund at least in 7 days,
If proxy not working u still able to get back money .
6,identified your current status,once you get phone verification,
follow over usage or like over usage or cpa caused bad account and ip
or comments over usage , except for cpa causes issue ,rest for few day no action for your accounts,
after start to warm up process again

I experienced this too in last 2 days but i suspect it's because of proxies.

No , if you are using those gmail registered accounts but used account do for cpa or any spam ,ur account easy to be flagged,
even u used mail.ru ,if you are doing dropshipping,your account also can be good accounts,
it is depend on what u are doing , I get phone verification should Be i used same range of ip for testing to create accounts,
if I use different range of ip to register,it hard to said , but I used gmail in same range ip to register,it worked,
even you get phone verification in first time by using other email registered ,later that you do dropshipping or normal website,
as Long as warm up plus don't over usage for daily follow,comments,like that should be fine ,
even I used gmail registered ,but when used those accounts try for cpa,those accounts also banned
,it is depend what u are doing will be result like blocked ,comments block or follow blocked,
if you get block or banned it won't be because used any email provider , it only because what u did in your account
