Mass backlink creator that will create one way links visible in google search for keyword

Sorry if i sound a little noobish.

My objective is not to highly rank a specific website and create backlinks for it, i want to create more backlinks that rank in google search. Is their any software that would be best for my objective of building up search results for a keyword?
