I am tired of searching niches so I will let the job get done by a bot.
right now I have already scraped 15 millionen german words.
I want to check the backlinks of the top 10 pages for each word.
Does anybody know where I can check this many sites?

You will need to use some of paid services like ahref. They have API, so you can access it from your code (bot).

For that amount of URL's you have 2 choices:

1. Use a paid service this way you will get more accuracy but it will be more expensive
2. Go for SB, it will be cheaper but it will involve more work and I think it will be accurate.
