Mass account creation - newbie

I am going to make 60-100 accounts and get them all followers and schedule tweets out with tweet deck. If I do this all from one IP over days, then put them in FL, on separate proxies, will I be okay?

i will be mass following and scheduling tweets with FL. Is it better to just hold up until I get my proxies?

No no no, the same creation IP with 60-100 accounts won't fly.

I'm pretty sure you can only register a couple within 24 hours of the same IP to begin with, but either way its a huge red flag. Just be patient.

Definitely do not create that many accounts on 1 IP. I've had many accounts banned that I've bought from account providers that get banned, because they create too many accounts on a single IP address.

You can create like 5 accounts on 1 IP without any issues (that's from my own experience). After a specified period of time you can create more and you're able to do this, but do it carefully. If those are accounts to bot with it's a bad idea. You will need many proxies, for the best conversion private ones ofc.
