Masking Email & ISP Source

Hi - not sure this is the right place for this but I'm no expert on this, here's the question:

I'm based in another state, but incorporated in Florida (including business address). I do remote work, doesn't really matter where I'm located. There's nothing illegal happening here, but when emailing prospects and clients, I would prefer it NOT being easily discovered that I'm not physically in Florida.

Should I just use my gmail account? Or is there a way to mask my regular email and ISP (I use Dreamhost.com if that matters). Thanks and let me know if YOU know.

Yes, as Gmail does not share your IP in email headers anymore. It will be enough.

If you want to be super safe, use any VPN service that offers Florida as its destination.

If you want to continue use your dreamhost, send an email to yourself and look into its headers - if you can find your own IP there, you should use other email service.

just use gmail account if you use any other email services they can easily know.

thanks so much and speaking of VPNs - any recommendations for best/most affordable? And I thought I heard that Nord allows you to change the geographic location as desired (one example) is that right?

You can use https://eml.monster and mask your Gmail account as well. This way email reaches your Gmail, but you never gave out your address.
Also, you can use florida@ in the email
