I have a Pinterest account and an Amazon Affiliate account. I would like to advertise products on Pinterest but I heard Pinterest removes affiliate links so how do I mask my links? I appreciate your help.:)

you can put the links on a landing page then send people from pinterest to your landing page

I don't understand what's a landing page? I don't have a website just a Pinterest account. Please explain in detail.

Is there any way to mask your affiliate links? Please help I've searched everywhere.

Can you use a subdomain for your affiliate link that forwards to Amazon? Maybe put up a subdomain link that goes to a legit affiliate page and then later change it to forward to the affiliate page on Amazon.

What's a Subdomain? I'm trying to use Blogger right now but I suck at it. I really wish I could just mask the links I enjoy posting pictures on Pinterest. I really wish I could just post the links to Pinterest or something. I really need help with this stuff. I'm new to all of to. I'm good at posting pictures on Pinterest and I actually enjoy it. I wish I could figure out how to make money off of it.

Will someone please help me cloak my links or something? I don't really have a website and the blogger is hard to use. I really want to use Pinterest. Please help me. I'd really appreciate it.

Go buy a go daddy domain them.. they are on sale for .99 cents, seen the deals on the forums. have them land to that page and then refer back to your affialite site.

Create a site that contains your amazon links. It can be free site like blogger, weebly, tumblr, wordpress, etc. Or buy a domain and hosting. Your choice. Then pin the images from your site to pinterest. When users click your pins, they will be redirected to your site. Then hope and pray that they click your amazon affiliate links so youll get commission when they purchase something in amazon. Hth

Buy domain, buy hosting -> create a website (= landing page) with wordpress or some HTML template
OR
Use free blogger.com or something as landing page

put links, amazon etc... on your landing page & not on pinterest

Thanks for all the replies I understand what to do now! I can't tell you how much I appreciate your help! I have one more question though. I have a Blogger and I'm new to it and don't quite understand how it works but is there a way to make it to where when someone clicks my link on Pinterest it will take them to my Blogger or some other page for a split second to bypass Pinterest's stripping of the Amazon Affiliate link then immediately redirect to my Amazon link? Thanks for the help guys!:)

I remember someone saying, if you mask amazon links, then amazon will ban you. Correct me, if I'm wrong?

I can give you some domain I don't use, so you may use it for a while if you want.

Would you really Shannadoll? Please PM me. And I just looked it up educated fool they do. damn it...

If was to use one of these sites what kind of stuff would I post on it? A variety of things? Or would I just stick to one topic? How do you bring free traffic to these sites? Is it true small niche sites do the best? I'm particularly interested in electronics like computers and video games. I don't have every gadget out there to write reviews on though. What could I do with this interest?

ive tried many ways to mask my links. in a few weeks, they get removed. i had hundreds uppon undreds of pics. all removed. the safest way is to put ur domain in ur pics, then have ur visitors click ur links on ur domain. no other waay. pinterest r soooo stingy lol.

You need your Pinterest account, a blogger account, and your amazon aff links.

Add a "pin it" button to all your blogger pages. (google it to get your pin it button, very easy)
Then Post your pics and aff link on your blogger post. have to make sure it looks nice
Go to each post/page and start pinning your pics to pinterest.

Hope they click on your post links.

A little black hat trick to override pinterest would be to do a auto redirect from your post/page to your amazon aff link.
You would have to get the the edit blog html page for your blogger page and then post in the redirects to your amazon page manually. This of course could be violating the tos but i have done it in the past and never been banned..

Just a thought on how to get around pin aff link issue for you...

Alright I guess I'll do the Blogger thing. What should I say in my Blogger posts with the product in it? Thanks for your help!

I figured out what I want to do thanks BHW!
