Masking Affiliate RSS Feed On Twitter

Hi, I am posting on twitter using a rss feed provided by my affiliate network. I have masked it using bit.ly but everytime i click on the link, twitter posts a this could be spam link. Is there anyway to get around this?

why not use a neat domain and redirect?
