There is a Professional SEO Consulting business run by a Women. What would be the best mascot that can represent it?

I am going to pay someone to get me a mascot designed for this theme. My idea was to have a vector girl who looks nerdy with specs but then I am not sure how effective or professional that would be to represent the company.

This mascot will be used on promotional banners, flyers, website & business cards.

    Any ideas / inputs?

A giant pair of boobs! :p

Honestly whatever you like. It just needs to fit your companies image.

Big corperations and companies won't care about a little mascot anyway while small individuals will lap that kinda stuff up. Base your desicion around your target market.

It has to be in line with
    A. the name of your brand
    B. the way you position your brand AND
    C. appeal to your target audiences

Who is your target audience? Are you selling to all online businesses, ones run by women, businesses in a specific geographic area/niche?

Try to think of something that will appeal to your buyers. The vector girl might work if you're aiming at a general market, but if you're shooting for something narrower, maybe you can take inspiration from that niche?

A few good inputs here. Thank you, guys!

I really want to make it narrower to bring it close to the niche but it is SEO after all... I do not know how to picturize SEO or imagine SEO interms of a picture Lol

Okay here is the question -

What immediately comes to your mind when you think of SEO & a Girl/woman ?

Answer to this question may help me narrow down, I guess :)

Off the top of my head answers to your question:

    Care and attention,
    Multi-tasking,
    Finesse,
    Attractive.

These may be vague but that's how I go about getting ideas for brands - just jot down as many metaphors as possible to build the 'feel' of what it should represent and build on it.

I think of a smart looking woman with a PDA (high tech), or a magnifying glass (sleuthing, finding things, attention to detail).

Perhaps a number 1, too, but that's a little cheesy.

If you were going the route of a photograph, a smart "executive" woman would look great in my opinion. With cartoon mascots, an animal or human-looking gadget might look better.

    Just a few thoughts.
