Not worth it. Marketplace kills those fast. Boosts from bought accounts usually get flagged because the owner history, device and payment profile don’t match. That mismatch is guaranteed on purchased accounts, so they get nuked before they even run.

You would need a plethora of accounts, on different IPs, commenting on it.
Unless you are selling a high-ticket item, it may not be worth spending that kind of money to do so.

There's no point in doing that, the trading platform will quickly restrict your account, they have very strict moderation, I know this from personal experience.

It is possible to boost, but the risk is very high because purchased accounts violate Meta’s policies, which can lead to ad rejections, payment blocks, or account bans.
A safer option is to use a real, well-aged account or run ads through Business Manager instead.
