I have been selling some snorkeling equipment on facebook marketplace.
They flagged a couple flashlight listings erroneously as "weapons."

A few days later my markteplace was suspended and the page errors out when I go to appeal it.

Has anyone dealt with this? I contacted FB business support several times and they were useless.

I've also purchased another aged FB account, but not sure how to use it from my iphone without compromising my original account.

Any ideas?

You can use your bought aged FB account on a desktop with an anti-detect browser+proxy
About this suspended account, only FB itself can lift this ban by contacting them and appealing to this suspension

This must be really annoying especially since fb support is not very helpful.
Sadly getting false flags and having accounts suspended happens a lot on marketplace. If you try to use a second account on the same device you might run into more problems because of how your IP and device are linked.
It might be a good idea to use a different device or a new browser profile for the other account.

false flags and account suspensions occur frequently on marketplaces. Because of the way your IP address and device are connected, you may have additional issues if you attempt to utilize a second account on the same device.
Using a different device or a different browser profile for the other account could be a smart move.

This must be incredibly unpleasant, especially given how unhelpful Facebook support is.

You can use an anti-detect browser and proxy on a desktop computer to access your purchased old Facebook account.
Facebook alone has the authority to lift this prohibition on this suspended account by getting in touch with them and appealing the suspension.

You would be better off making a new account. Or find the support apartment FB

You should use another proxy to avoid being affected by the old account, you can ask support to send a complaint to the old account many times.

Being flagged happens very often, as you have appealed but failed, I think you should use another account to reopen the store.

Please create a new account or use an old account with an undetected proxy.

You should use a new account to run ads because the other account has been flagged. If the appeal is not successful, this product may not be available.

You can appeal, but typically you just wait out until FB lifts the suspension. It might be best to go about using a different aged account. Clean profile on your anti-detect browser and IP of course.

You can create a new account to use or you can use the old account with an undiscovered proxy.

FB auto-flag is wrong, protest is blocked, support is useless - consider the account lost. If you want to use a new account on iPhone without getting the link, use virtual space, private browser or change IP before logging in. Absolutely do not run both accounts at the same time on the same device/IP.

Change everything and start slowly at first. You need to warm it up to gain more and more trust first.

It is quite common for an account to be flagged and an appeal to fail. In my opinion, the more effective solution is probably to use a new account to continue your business operations.
