This is not about 1 seller, but a lot of them. This is not also The Shitlist thread, so I will not write about it.
It's just my experience with buying stuff on our BHW marketplace, offtop thread for The Lounge.

What I don't like:
-lack of support, lack of reply - they are replying after 2-3 days or not replying ever, it's a common practice (sorry I was on holidays, sorry i was sleeping, sorry family, blablabla - you are making business or what?)
-after contact, he reply that delivery for simple account is 72h+ (time to make such account is <1h but he have clients in ass)
-sending you to Telegram and not replying on telegram or sending you to website live chat (not online)

I am buying few proxies, azure, gmails, vccs for last 4 days and still I don't have everything.
Once you pay, you are waiting, waiting, waiting...
Guys, make a freaking auto-shops.

However, as a seller I can tell you first hand some buyers expect you to live at your pc, eat and shit with your laptop on your lap.
That's right but I have 8h, not 72h+ xD When I wake up, delivering. Then checking orders in next 8h.
It's not acceptable if you not even response in 8h, 2-3 days is crazy for me.
You can have a holidays, family business, etc. then seller should write in his BST.

But it's even better, after they received money via BTC, then they start replying slow :)
It's not a scam, but he respect client until he pay. Probably they will deliver stuff, with a huge delay.

I bought a marketplace account for 250$. Really expensive but because not everything was clearly stated in the email I lost the shipping option. Does any of you guys know how could I get the shipping back?

You are 100% correct. When someone chooses to work with you, pay in advance and send you their hard earned money you better f*cking respect that and deliver a quality service. I know that’s what I do for my clients, I’ve waken up in the middle of the night to my phone ringing with buyer questions and I respond to them.

Before I started buying stuff I though it's a standard ;) but seems we are freaks xD

Things usually take time when they are resellers and have to wait for a third party :D
There aren't many sellers here that offer their own services. A lot of them just resell from others.

I had to wait 2 months for a website with a seller here, and it was clear tasks

I will not mention her because I could kill her reputation quickly but some sellers who take 4 days to reply and tell you they understand what you want and after they "forget" or finally didn't understand anything at all should really check their work ethic.

Not about being a scammer but just being responsible and fair with your customer should be a priority...

Willyfish waiting:

Seriously: It can be infuriating. If they don't keep the promised delivery times, if it is a slight delay, gently remind them of it after delivery. If the delivery is delayed a lot, I usually don't buy anything from them (EDIT: after that. Of course, I pay them for the delayed delivery.), unless it was some genuine unforeseen situation.

"Sorry my cat was on fire" don't laugh I've had someone say that to me with a straight face when he was late for raid. Luckily I haven't had any excuses like that here yet :P

If a seller is late and past his expected delivery date, I usually give them a couple of days before I start prodding.
