Marketplace Membership Site looking for JV
Here is the deal I have a marketplace membership site that is 95% complete
The coding platform is
? WP ? Standard
? DAP ? Digital Access Pass
? OP ? Optimize Press
No beating about the bush have invested more than $10K USD in to the site date but have not been able to find coder to complete the final 5% of coding.
The deal is a JV coder comes in finishes off the coding and in return gets 20% of the site equity and profits in perpetuity or until sold in which case the JV coder gets 20% of the sale net paid amount.
We exchange coding for equity no money payments involved
