Ive been waiting 10 days for a response form apricot and im starting to get a little mad as the max response time usually is only 5 days

I think the mods are very busy at the moment but you will get an answer very soon.

im starting to get a little mad

Basic point to become a seller is to have patience. Its been only 10 days and you are loosing it. Mods have a lot in their plate. They have to deal with various things on daily basis. It takes some time to get response. They will only reply when they have sufficient time to review your offered service thoroughly. Opening such threads will not help, Instead, drop a PM with a polite reminder.

on top of that mods work here mostly free and also have day jobs .

Not a big deal. You know what, I submitted a thread on 11th Sept 2017 and it was finally approved on 27th Dec 2017. She may be busy but she never ignores the messages (speaking with personal experience). You will get a response.

In the meantime, work on your marketing strategies, plan how you will handle sales and support, prepare your team for the orders / review copies, etc.. etc.. There are lot of things to do while you wait for the thread to be approved.

We have had similar threads where other applicants raised same issue. Th reason is same, they are having a lot of applicants. You will have to wait for 20-30 days( my personal experience). There is no use of sending a pm as it will not affect the review date.

Keep Patience @Apricot already responded a lot time about this issue "you have to wait more than usual time" mods are already too much busy.

I'll close this as the OP's been answered and I'm sure the inhouse team will action accordingly.

The rules are easy to understand too;

  1. Wait patiently to hear back from the staff regarding your sales thread, use the thread to respond to the mod within the review process, If your thread is approved you will be pm'd and asked to pay a $30* listing fee. NOTE the live thread will be cleared of all previous messages from the review process and set live on the marketplace forum you created. *this will be renewed annually - you will be pm'd 7 days before this renewal is due.
  2. Do not try to jump the queue for Marketplace approvals. PM titles such as 'REPLY ASAP!!!!', 'URGENT URGENT URGENT', or anything similar will not gain you favor with the staff. Similarly, sending multiple messages or spamming skype will only give a negative impression of your professionalism. Don't do it!
