One good way is to have multiple reddit accounts (with karma+age)
And open threads where you ask something along the lines "What is the best product for X use"
And with the second account you answer yourself, and link to your product
Its free but the ROI might not be good timewise, redditors typically don't have a good purchasing power
and they tend to smell those attempts from a mile.

In any case, this is the usual way which can work quite well with a little luck and the right product. But you should not expect huge results, as already described here.
Alternatively, you could also write a detailed, personal experience report about a product that solves an everyday problem well.
