Marketing Plan?

How to identify the marketing plan of the competitor? What new strategy competitor is working on? Is there is any way?

PS: I know this is not perfect place to ask for the marketing strategy (as this is Digital Marketing world)

This is called reverse-engineering, basically, you need to identify what your competitor is doing action-wise (pricing, content, partnerships, promotions, SEM, social media, offline, etc) and build a holistic view.

There is no tool for such for such a thing, as this is done in a discretionary way. However, as mentioned by the other answer, there are tools that you can use - but only for analyzing certain parts of your competitors.
