How much do you think I should pay a person who brings in client to buy products from my website? I dont want to tell what kind of products because it might break the rules of self advertisement. Thanks for your opinion.

It will depend on how much work they have to do, put a request in hire a freelancer and list what you're looking for to get quotes on price
 
A % of the profit. If the profit is lets say 50$ than you can start with 15%-20% and increase if that person is bringing customers on regular bases.
The more incent you give to your resselers the more they will try to push the product for you.

Also think about your customer lifetime value - what is each customer really worth to you?

And what is the marketing person worth, what skills are they bringing? Are they just following your instructions or are they adding their own value?

But I am thinking if the profit is 50% then give him 30%. because of first time a business no need to profit its need advertisement and popularity. when you product will know many person they will bring you many customers freely, then you will no need that person who is bringing you client taking your 30% profit.
 
Are you talking abut affiliate marketing? It would depend upon your profits. Give them a share from your profit determined by what you can manage.
 
On the first, you can offer high % to get your products more popular.

Do you think if I post here that I am willing to pay people a commission if they bring in client for me would that be okay? Am i breaking any Blackhatworld rules? Also how can I convince people that if they bring in client they would get paid, I dont want them feeling cheated or anything. I was thinking once they sign someone up and tell me their name I can Paypal them the commission?
