Yes for sure.. The internet is a humongous place so traffic is generated from TONS of other sources

This method is pretty bland (no offense).

I'm not going to say I'm an expert at twitter/facebook marketing or anything like that but, try it if you like and report back with results.

One thing that a lot of people do with facebook is the payed advertisements. They pay to list an advertisement with a cpa offer inside of it. I've personally done it once and failed, lost $20 on the deal, trial and error.

There are sources however, where you can buy highly reduced advertising money, good luck in your journey.

'on the surface' YES! but, there's more to it beneath the waters...bhw will get u in...eventually...everybody has to follow that learning curve bi*ch
