Marketing apps/games on Twitter

I'm a coder and I want to promote my apps better. From my research on some games, it seems like they are promoting them on Twitter. They are making tweets like "when you get the high score in **game name**" and have a vine of someone dancing or twerking, or someone knocking someone else out. This tweet then receives hundreds if not thousands of retweets.

My question is how are they receiving so many retweets? I guess through this massive retweeting, they are able to spread the game. Thanks

Could be fake enagement due to people promoting ones own separate application.

Of specifically noted the process could be due to high account or profile in question's activities and proper marketing and data analytical research propagates the stated matter of the specific fact that the easily seamless process of making one tweet could be particular to the reasoning behind such activity.
