Marketing? Any suggestions

Hey Guys/Gals..
I am very new to all of this. This morning I got a call from my host service trying to sign me up for their "Guerrilla" marketing campaign. I have enough sense to know this is probably no good so I just hung up. I started my own website selling 2 products. I have been doing E-mail marketing and pretty much anything I can find or think of. I know most of you are of the DIY mindset. Is there anyone out there or any legit company to market for you? I know this isn't overnight and I have a lot to learn. Keeping that in mind.. There has to be someone or some company that could market for me while I am working or with my family. Any thoughts?

I think the problem here, is that marketing is such a broad term. So, looking for one company that has the capability of marketing for your business may be too much to ask for. I think that a lot of people, look at what marketing needs to be done and then hire people for that specific job. Another possibility is a personal assistant that can work at your direction.

Surprised to hear that your host is calling you to sell marketing services.. I wouldn't be happy with my host if they were soliciting stuff to me like that! Mind sharing who it was?

Hiring someone more experienced would be a good step to take but I'd say its mainly about keep comprehensively looking into your niches and choosing good appropriate channels in relation to your products. Do you mind if I ask what are your selling?
