What Marketing strategy would you use to promote a cybersecurity forum using:

Semrush pro - the 2xx package
Feedspot pro
Reddit Premium x 3
I ttried to buy the necessary with my salary to start work and to be efficient is something missing btw?

Well, generally, the best way to promote on Reddit, practically for free, is shilling. That means to shill the forum in popular communities and provide a link to the thread as support for someone's point of view — it's an excellent strategy. Even if you do any kind of SEO promotion, complementing it with just quality shilling — think about it.

you don't need to invest $$$, especially while starting out

The same goes for the others, you don't need to just throw away out money and hope for things to work,
You should actually take your time to learn and observe stuff,
Make more research, read more guides, case studies, watch videos, etc...

Some people end up burning 4-5 figures and never earn a penny in SEO,
Learning comes first, then start investing in stuff based in a solid secure plan and scale when things start to work
