EA's community team produced the most downvoted reddit post of all time.

Also one of their community managers chickened out and deleted some his tweets where he insulted users in response of that subredit post.
And still EA will rake in a shitload of money. What can we learn of this, when your big enough and your customers are stupid enough you can milk them.
