UPDATE:
I've spent the last four months in a JV with a partner on a custom GPT site that I made. This ended badly, with a lack of legal forethought on my part, and I was pushed out of my investment so that my partner could receive a higher pay grade. I currently have the GPT script that I wrote and refined over this time, and I am about ready to re-launch the site.
I need a partner who can handle the marketing side of things, and make this blow up. I am also looking for an investor to help with marketing fees and occasional contracted design fees as well.
My only condition thus far is that you will not have FTP access, as this script is my baby. Any other agreements are open to discussion. Willing to split profits up to 45%. The last site was making a net revenue of 8k/month after the initial three months, and growing about 12-15% each month thereafter.
You must be a more tenured member of these forums than myself, and/or must be able to show in one way or another that you have undertaken projects like this with a high level of success. I am new to the legal and contractual side of JV's, so it would be beneficial if you have some experience to bring to the table in that matter as well.
