Market Samurai SEO Competition Matrix

Hello,

I'm a web developer by profession and since two weeks, I've been learning about SEO
because this is something that I prefer to add to my set of skills. I spent the past week
applying what I've been learning to choose the best keywords to focus on for my new
website that's going to market my services.

I narrowed down my possible keywords to two and attached are the SEO competition
results from Market Samurai. I'm having some trouble analyzing which keyword I should
optimize my content for. I'd be interested in knowing in your opinions and the reasons
behind them.

OP the first keyword seems hard to target, look at the PR, PA, TF and BLP (backlinks on the page if I remember). These metrics seems very high on the top 10.
