Market samurai, Ranking Question

I have a site that in Market Samurai, looks like it should be killing the competition. All my sites specs, backlinks, edu links, everything is way higher than the others. Yet my site is not ranking. The Google reindexing though is over 9 days no matter what I do.

Anyone know what this means ?

quality relevant of backlinks and keyword density ?

The backlinks are scattered, some relevant some not, keword density is good, lots of lsa keywords. The site gets a 92 in ibp.
