Market Samurai Rank Tracker Not Working?

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Market Samurai rank tracker? I have a few websites with 20-50 keywords, and it's only updating the ranks of half of them. The others show as though they aren't ranked, which freaked me out, but if I go to the SERP's the rankings are just fine.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Thought that my site was deindexed but it is still there. It is just a bug in MS.
