I have noticed in the past numerous threads about MS not running properly so I figured I check on its status with other members of BHW. I had no problems until last night and now the Google Keywords tool data just keeps running with no results. Anybody else having an issue or know what the heck is going on?

Yep, I have a support ticket in but they are sleeping in Australia right now.

I have not checked it since yesterday, but it was working fine for me yesterday.
 
Yesterday MS was fine for me also but today a different story.

There is no issue with my Goggle Adwords account either so I am a little baffled.
 
It appears to have been a user error on my part with an issue regarding my keyword settings. Never mind!
 
What did you do to fix it, may I ask? I'm having same troubles today and I don't see any problems with my keyword settings.
 
Putting additional keywords in the add keywords box during the initial keyword search created a problem. Then I had an issue with my private proxies. Fun day!
 
Doesn't work for me..and once it reaches 100% it just continues..102%..104%..up to 380%! and still not finished. And this is happening even though I'm just checking the SEOT and PBR of only 6 (in words: six) keywords! So nothing complicated!

Anyone else having this problem? Never happened to me before.
 
Working here now, but had the same issue as OP last yesterday pretty much all day.

Nope, it's hanging for me half way through the search.
 
Yep same for me when I clicked analyze keywords. It dosent insert the data into the column
 
Some days it works some days it doesn't.

Sometimes just restarting it helps though...
 
It's not working for me either.
keyword research = not working
seo competition = not working
which both are very important
 
Ya I've been having a problem with SEO Competition since June 1st... still nothing on their blog or list of known issues.

Unfortunately these guys are often slow to fix issues that make the software virtually useless... hopefully it will be resolved soon.
 
As Sonokai has stated, the support team is working on it. I believe the problem will be resolved soon.
