Hello guys, I decided to start creating my website and make money through adsense / amazon affiliate. I've been able to researched some basics on how to select a profitabe niche.

I signed up for free trial in Market Samurai. So far I've selected a niche but I'm not sure if is this a worth niche to continue so I would like to ask for any comment based on the data returned by MS. Here is the screenshot of the data:

Please help me. Thanks!

MS is a great SEO tools make no mistake. You should look at the top 10 sites of the screenshot you've provided here. If they are not very well known respected sites then you may have a chance of ranking, however, if those top sites are high authority sites such as Wikipedia, YouTube, Amazon etc then don't waste your time.

does it mean, based on the screenshot I presented, I have a high chance to rank on the first page/compete with those?

Yes, you have a good chance as long as the sites you are seeing in this screenshot are not high authority sites like the ones I mentioned above.

Yeah you can rank easily in 1 month, just doing a good SEO make natural backlink, on page SEO etc.

You have a good chance to rank for that keyword because there is hardly no red even if a site on the top ten is high authority.

this is great SEO tool, but i would suggest you to check all of your keywrods in Google adwords as well, because google is the most largest search engine to grab traffic

All your competition have aged domains with lots of backlinks across their sites. If you want to compete, get a decent domain that is aged with some authority before getting started.

what if I will be using a new registered domain with exact main keyword as domain name? Do I have a chance?

They are not amazon or wiki pedia links. But they also are product review sites.

bumping this thread... and also, what do I need to do in order to outrank those in the list? Thanks!

You have MS so use it to look what backlinks the competitors have. Once you find out who is linking to them, try and get your links there also. Use MS citation flow analysis and anchor text analysis to do this.

Where is TF and CF?
Any way, BLP is low and you can rank over your competitors, also they are not optimized for your keyword.

The number of backlinks to the root domains suggests that most of the sites in the top 10 are high authority sites that will be difficult to outrank. So don't think you'll outrank them with ease just because the ranking pages have very few backlinks.

Registering an exact-match domain won't give your site any advantage.

so it's not a profitable niche? I thought EMD still works?

There's no way for us to tell if the niche is profitable. What is the search volume? Is it a buyer's keyword for an expensive item?

As for ranking it, it looks one you can rank for in weeks if you use facebook parasites. Can't say if it's worth your time/investment to rank without knowing anything about the kw itself.
