Right, I am not quite sure how market samurai works.

What I do is type in 1 general keyword, such as "Laptop", then I filter out irrelevant keywords.

This is considered low competition?

watch some youtube vids to understand the software more, with the knowledge you don't have to come here and ask the same question again the next time

Yes MANKING is right. This kind of questions are asked frequently here.
But YouTube video will surely help you.

I did look at youtube videos, it didn't really give many examples... All the keywords I am finding have like 150 searches... is it even worth it?

EDIT: THOSE ARE DAILY SEARCHEEEESS!

Well, it really doesn't have a high competition. All you need to do is do a lot of search and then you will know whether it is in high competition.
