Market samurai giving incorrect information ?

Hey I've been using the trial market samurai version that comes with the "The Challenge" niche website tutorial. When I compare the same keywords in google's keyword tool I get completely different CPC. Does this mean market samurai isn't working correctly ?

I haven't had a problem with the CPC but I do have issues with the new MS SEOT. Not being able to get an accurate idea of how many keywords in title makes it almost impossible to compile decent keyword lists without a lot of manual cross checking. I assume this is to do with data from Bing. Currently shopping for a replacement.

Update: I could almost deal with hanging and being generally annoying if it'd just give me accurate data. Trying Long Tail Pro at the moment for my keyword research. So far so good, though I do miss the MS interface, particularly when sorting through keywords before exporting.
