Hi,
Is anyone but me getting no keyword suggestions, no update to rank tracker, and zero research from keyword research right now? I have gotten no results for almost 18 hours on 2 different computers and IPs.

Nope, mine is working just fine. As simple as it sounds, try restarting the software/PC.

I have all the time problems even opening the program. It always sticks. It's going on already for months. Anybody knows a solution to the problem?
 
I got the same issue, I opened a support ticket with them yesterday and sent in some debug files but nothing yet. Really wish there was an alternative as I have 14k keywords to sort out this weekend.
 
Yeah I'm in a bind too with lots of research to do. I tried Traffic Travis and it seems to be experiencing similar problems.
 
Oops, now that I try kw research now, its not really working. Sorry guys, mine is down too.
 
I think the AIR update knocked me out.
 
further examination seems to indicate it has something to do with my AdWords accounts. I can get results by not using AdWords accounts.
 
Hey guys not only MS but many KW tools are hit by google update in adwords
I think they reecognise the bots.
