Market Samurai Doesnt Work! WTF?! is it just me?

I'm trying to use market samurai but for the last few weeks it just refuses to work.
The only thing that does work is the keyword analyzing.
but the SEO Competition tool doesn't seem to work..

Is it just me, or you all are experiencing the same problem?

Something is not right. From about one or two numbers(actualizaton) I've problems with all mods.

In Keyword research I've problem with SEOTCR
In SEO Competition after clicking Generate Results everything is ok when the 'finding results' is to 80%, after then, the URLs are disappearing
In Rank Tracker, one time it's working, another not


Seems, that we have to wait to new actualization of the program.
 
Try to manually search for update from settings menu!
 
it's not just you. it is acting up and based on experience it usually means changes in Google. expect an update soon.
 
Please don't complaining about something you downloaded for free in the downloads section lol. If you paid for it, then I guess it's a different story but I bet 90% didn't pay for it hah.
 
First, update your MS and Adobe AIR. That would fix many issues!
 
does any one know why market samurai seem to messing up?

Like in the SEOC. the results returned suggests that most of the keywords im researching have zero competition but when I go further to checkout the competition that is supposed to have zero competition, all the columns in the SEO competition module lights up light a Christmas tree, all red.

What is going on with Market Samurai and why is it messing up results?

Work for me - I have the legit version though :)
 
I paid for MS and had great hopes for it but it's a constant pain in the butt. Forever breaking and constant updates. Updates would be fine except half the time the update fails and I have to do a complete reinstall of the software.
 
It's works fine for me, also their rank tracker seems to have been fixed in the latest update.
 
The update was not working yesterday, but it's working fine today for me.

MS runs Ok too, so it must've been a bug in the installer yesterday.
 
I get 0 SEOC for "jewelry stores". :( I am still using trial version, planning to upgrade when finish trial.
