Market Samurai Color Coding Question

I am looking at SEO Competition in Market Samurai, and am puzzled by one thing. Under 'Title', 'Desc', etc, there are some that have "Y" with a green background, and some "Y" with red. There are also some with "N" with an orange background.

I checked out two of the title ones, one green and one red, and both had the exact same keyword (nothing else) in the title tag. So how can one be red and one green? What about the orange listings with "N"? If there are no proper title tag, shouldn't that be green?

I'm confused!

Green "Y" means that site has only a few categories optimized for that keyword and most likely that is not a main keyword for that site, the more times the keyword shows up in these categories the more likely that website is targeting that keyword so market sam colours them red to say it perhaps is harder to rank for
