Market info RE Website creation, ceo etc

If you were to sell website creation services, CEO etc to small businesses.

How much could it be outsourced for? The SEO and actual web design plus hosting. Are websites such as fiverrr the best bet?

Could anyone advise me of rough prices and what markup could be achieved in the UK market

Check out the BST section here. Depending on what type of site and the quality you need, you could outsource it all for $250-$1,000 dollars. Your best bet would probably be to sell them the initial upfront cost + ongoing "maintenance fees"
