I never said you couldn't comment, I just figured if you disliked the topic so much that you wouldn't partake in the discussion of it. I suppose I was wrong with my logical train of thought.

Didn't you guys see what the almighty TV told us? Drugs make your brain into breakfast. On a more serious note, I truely believe that there may be benefit but most marijuana use is for people that are young at heart, and it really can rob you of your dreams. To each his own.
 
Yeah you're definitely right Kvm, I traveled over 100,000 miles last year alone. I know exactly what your talking about. Personal responsibility, judgement and common sense goes a long way, when used, that is. Unfortunately it's never the driver I end up putting the sheets over.. You guy's do whatever you want, but keep it off the roads, seriously..

Ah another who feels that strong need to tell every one what he does. You will notice my first comment on here was simply a question, the question being why do potheads seem to feel the need to tell everyone they smoke pot, as though it someway defines them as a person.

I take it the pot heads simply could not handle a question, and the only way they know how to deal with it is take offense and go on a rant.

I do not like the topic of NSEO, and I am against it, would you feel the need to tell me to fuck off, off a thread where I was against NSEO?

Watched this tonight and it made me tear up. There is so much greatness in this plant and too many people fail at noticing it. If you are "anti-pot", try to understand that not all individuals are perfectly healthy, happy people. Even if you don't have a "serious" condition like some of the examples in the documentary, you could still benefit from marijuana with more common issues like anxiety & sleep disorders, stress etc. For some people it's choice between alcohol abuse, popping pills or lightin up for some sense of well being. If we lived in a perfect world, we wouldn't have overeaters, alcoholics & other problems related to abusive behavior. Unfortunately people are mentally unbalanced and will seek out coping mechanisms. If it's not overly harmful to you and makes you feel great, why not? I'm all about enjoying my lifetime, you have a timer on your head and you don't get to rewind, so why spend your time suffering when you know there's a herbal product that can solve most of your issues (at a cost of course, but I think the price is right and it's totally worth it).

I have been drunk twice in my life. I can't stand alcohol; in fact, I am allergic to it. About 23 I smoked my last joint; I reached the conclusion that if I want to be dizzy, then I can spin around in circles.
 
This random thread sure went in a weird direction.
I enjoy an occasional shot of rum or vodka, but don't smoke/vape/eat anymore marijuana OR smoke cigars anymore. Those days were within the span of 1-2 years and didn't care for it. I tried new things as everyone is encouraged to, I just don't see the big deal unless you're doing it socially.

Following your thought patterns I don't see why anyone needs to post anything in the lounge? Look at me, I watched that movie, wow did you watch it too, wow we are fun guys.

Now why do those people feel the need to tell others they have watched that movie? Or why do they feel the need to share their success? Or why do they even post in the forums?
 
The pink elephant in the laundry room smokes weed and does needlepoint or white fluff LSD. Not super often though.

Also, I saw mentions of rum and vodka, so I'ma just dive right in. I love shots of Double Cross and Ciroc, chased with a Redd's or Woodchuck. There is a shot counter on my fridge - one tally for total shots, and one tally for total shots without puking. Most I ever did was 12 shots, and that was my first time drinking lol. If I have to drink tequila, it'll be Avion. And always Moet & Chandon champagne. After getting hammered, it's nice to come down with shots of Bacardi party drinks, and then the pink elephant joins us.

And to think my first time drinking was 7 months ago.

Tried it few times, but almost everytime it was bad experience. Once I even thought my heart is going to explode, so stopped trying it. Seems like my system is build for beers and not for weed. However if you are looking for great marijuana domain, check out my vip domain sale thread :))
 
I love it but don't smoke it everyday. Used to be a heavy smoker sometimes ago and it only killed my time. Now it is like 2-3 joints a week. Doesn't hurt too much I guess.
 
I've smoked weed for years, always had it under control until I started my IM career - with no boss to hide my stoned-ness from I went a bit crazy & started smoking it for breakfast! I still got things done, but only the bare minimum - I stopped pushing myself to do more like I usually would.

I've calmed down again now after realising the path I was on, and I only usually smoke whilst working now if I need to do some design work - it certainly gets the creative juices flowing for me! The other time I'll smoke whilst working is if I have boring repetitive tasks to do, but there's not many of them I don't write an iMacro for or outsource to someone.

Following my thought process, films do not destroy peoples lives, and others around them. Following my thought process, BHW has a lot of young impressionable teenagers, who people are telling smoking pot is great and it cures cancer. But don't let facts get in the way of your free the weed rant, and pot is great. I don't find the promotion of any drug acceptable in open forums where young people can be found, but hey, that must just be because I am the dumb uneducated one.

Films don't destroy peoples lives? Boy oh boy, you are so wrong. Films can probably be just as bad if not worse. False hopes, conditioning, and showing a different reality to what things are really like out here in the real world where love at first sight is not what it's like in those films, where warm and cosy family life is over exaggerated, where the American dream is just a dream, and so on.

I have no opinion as it's of no interest to me but this is a public forum where anyone may discuss whatever they wish to discuss as long as they're following the rules of the board. If it was against the rules of the board then the thread would have been removed, you have no authority to tell people what they can and cannot talk about on a public forum and even more so on a forum you have no control over. If you're so bothered why don't you report the thread and leave?

Lastly, no one is promoting anything, in fact I'm pretty sure kids these days have seen various things at school whether you like it or not. Why don't you go outside public schools and help those kids there where they're more likely to make a bad judgement due to peer pressure?

Just an FYI, the way you've been expressing yourself throughout this thread clearly shows your maturity on the topic. Did you know that alcohol destroys peoples lives?

Yes of course they do, I may start tooting gear instead of going to the cinema, far better lifestyle choice, far safer. Digging a little deep with that statement, don't you think?

For your information, the way you express yourself, shows your maturity, you are just a little too simple to see it, after all I am not the one here promoting mind altering drugs, but don't let the facts get in the way of you mr big rant. You seem to think you sound quite the part, I have news for you little boy, you do not.

While I've never smoked before, I strongly disagree that it's a "drug". It's simply a plant that when smoked has effects but that's different from a "drug". Drugs are mind alternates that involve chemicals and other ingredients that are made in labs, but Marijuana, it's 100% natural.

Just my opinion.

Guys. I think we're all mature people. Reckon it'd be a good idea to do shrooms while high on weed though? They apparently blend shrooms with fanta and sell them in little bottles in Bali.
