you could try to ask for a gateway payment access from the bank where you have an account. it could be a little expensive but, if the goods are legal in your country, you will be able to overcome the costs selling quantity.

you can apply for a mail and telephone terminal which is easier to get passed by the bank
as they do not need to look at the site i told my bank i sell security cameras and equipment
no bank will allow you to sell seeds so DO NOT tell them
and in the secure admin panel you can set up cheque , bank transfer & manual card payments which means YOU manually enter the details for payment i use sagepay.com who do not know i sell seeds
then after 1 month of it all working correctly apply for a online merchant account and i have another site that you can use for the bank to verify then you take the details and use them on *********.ie so u can setup auto payments

Right first post. How y'all doing? My site has been accepting payment via credit card for years. Today a rather intimidating guy from my bank showed up and told us that we can no longer accept credit card payments through our terminal. This is a major set back!
I have tried to PM people who have offered services, but due to a minimum of 15 posts needed I have had to post on here.
I see Attitude accept payments via Sage Pay. I am assuming they have some kind of fake site that the payments get processed through. If anybody can help us out it would be greatly appreciated.

Hey OP. Someone who wasn't me 
was running something similar many years ago. A pretty small scale operation. He set up a second site with innocent looking products, and through some redirects the shopping cart on the innocent site handled the processing for the baddy site. Tricky, but doable.

You could twist it by selling some random weed related product and give the seeds "free" to every order.
Just sell posters with weed motives for the cost of the poster plus the price for the seeds.
Fifty different strains in packs of 5 seeds and 10 seeds, fifty different posters in single and double packs.
Since you technically don't sell seeds, but posters, you will probably find a payment processor accepting your business.
The thing is, they really don't care what you sell, they just have to cover their own asses and this twist could be enough to do so.
