Marijuana seeds payment processor

Ok im about to go crazy! I live in Holland where selling/buying marijuana seeds is fully legal by law. But it seems impossible to find a payment processor ( or even merchant account) that will allow us to process creditcard payments on our site :confused:

We have been turned down by over 45 different payment processors and merchant account suppliers :-(

I KNOW it must be possible to get creditcard processing on a site like this, becourse there are many existing ones that offer CC processing on their seed sites..

Does anyone have any ideas!? :confused::confused::confused::confused:

There are actually NONE that will process them any longer as far as I know. You have to offer direct bank-to-bank transfer.

Even the big guns like Greenhouse Seed Company had to discontinue using credit card payments and they are also in a completely LEGAL jurisdiction. They only offer pay by mail or bank transfer.

I would think with the huge business they do if there was a merchant solution out there they would definitely have it figured out by now.

Best of luck on your search because I have a feeling it will be a hard one.

[Edit] As I was writing this I was also searching around just in case and I found a couple UK seed banks that use Sage Pay (formerly Protx) but that is all in the UK so maybe that can work for you, maybe not.
 
you could just make them all buy a planter and get a free bag of seeds of there choosing with the order :p
 
You can use freshbooks.com to process payments/invoices yourself with no merchant account... and you could probably integrate it into your site with their API?
 
thanks g111k, never heard of freshbooks before.. not sure if that could be an option for us.

1 way to do this would be make a fake website selling something. Thats what nirvana is doing anyway or so ... Haven't checked the fake site but thats what the receipt email said :) Im open for free seeds heh ...
 
Why not just accept Western Union? You can get the payment fast and deliver it quickly as well. Also provide wire transfer methods, certified check, money orders as other forms of payment and that should help but I think Western Union should win the cake in terms of speed for both you and your customers. Hey thanks-good luck finding the cc processor-I have ordered from many "banks" before ghs,attitude and nirvana, always paid cash and never had a prob.Let me know when your up and ill check it out.. thx
 
Most companies like this have some sort of front as mentioned earlier in the thread. I would create a site selling an unremarkable product like a male enhancement product. If you need product you can ship if someone somehow ends up actually buying that supplement, send me a message.
 
one month further, and still no solution. Multipay is not an option unfortunately
 
old thread, but you can try liqPay, i don't see them caring.

if they do, when customers go to checkout, you instantly re-route to your fake site (that sells used computer equipment or something) and they pay through there. no chargebacks!

or have them go to buywmz.com and buy anonymous payment.

this is a lucrative industry. you can get seeds from SenSei and ship them worldwide at like 2-3x the price. look how much they cost in Canada/US:

you would need to learn stealth shipping methods though. order from Attitude seeds sometime, they use good methods or pm me

Why not just go to the sites that DO have a merchant account, and see what company they are using?
 
I am in the same predicament and am looking for a third party processor who will accept cannabis seeds. I'm based in the UK. Any help would be awesome. Pfizer, have you had any luck?
